Asian noodle salad

My Asian noodle salad does require a few ingredients, but they are mostly things that will be hanging around on the free food shelf or from another meal. It’s a great flavour packed summer dish when seved cold and in the winter you can cook it breifly in a pan just like a stir fry. 

Ingredients
4 Tbsp seasme seeds
2 1/2 Tbsp light soy sauce 
2 Tbsp rice vinegar 
2 Tsp sugar 
1/2 a lime 
1/2 small red chiil, diced 
1 handful of cooked noodles 
1 small carrot, cut into strips 
1 Sliced spring onion
Half a handful of snow peas
Method
1)Boil the first 5 ingredients with 4 tbsp of water for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
2) Mix everything else in a small bowl before tossing in the dressing and seasoning to taste.
